Sunday Feels + Preparing for the Week

Hey there everyone!

Spring has finally arrived & I could not be more excited than I am right now! After all the spring break fun, I have re-arranged my room, organized my schedule & I am ready to tackle the rest of this semester! I have been working around the clock to work on creating quality content for you all to read & I am so happy that you all are loving it & writing such sweet comments! So thank you to all of you for supporting me in this blogging journey because it has changed my life so much in the short time that I have been writing.


So, now that the end of the semester is near & final projects are starting to take shape, I thought this week would be the perfect opportunity to share some of my Sunday rejuvenating tips to help you prepare for the week ahead!

Sleep in a little bit

Sunday is your day to rest up for the rest of the week! Spend some extra time laying in bed & let your body chill out a little bit. Now I’m not saying sleep until 4 in the afternoon, but ease into your morning! If you wake up early, hang out in bed & read with a cup of coffee or scroll through your favorite blogger’s latest post. Grab a cup of coffee (or tea) & cozy up in your bed!

DSC_0045-2Create a fresh to-do list 

Something that always helps me re-set my mind & get on track is to write a new to-do list for the upcoming month. Even if you write down some of the same stuff as last week, a fresh to-do list for your week helps you feel more organized & start your week with a clear mindset!

Now I don’t always set out the whole week of clothes, but setting out clothes for the next day helps to take one less thing off your plate in the morning!


Schedule out your week in your planner

This is very much like the to-do list! Writing out your school schedule, work schedule & any extra curricular activities (coffee dates, group meetings, etc) can make you feel more prepared & organized for everything ahead of you throughout the week.


Take some time for self care 

Sunday’s are the perfect day for you to pamper yourself a little bit! Take a relaxing bath  or do your favorite face mask. Whatever you need to do to make yourself feel more pampered, go ahead & do it!


Get to bed a little early

Now I’m not saying be asleep by 8 o’clock, but it is important to try & be in bed at a decent time if you want to feel refreshed for the week ahead!
