The weather in Michigan has been not so amazing lately but, that is not bringing a damper on my mood because we have made it to February! So far, everything has been great this month. Everything in my life seems to be moving forward in a positive direction and it shows no signs of slowing down! Last week we had the whole week off school because of horrible snowstorms and freezing temperatures so I was able to sit and relax all week, which was amazing. Last week was a time for relaxing but, I was able to get a lot organized for this blog. It is that time of the month for my latest obsessions and goals blog post, and I am so pumped to share all of my favorite things with you!
Hydro Flask Waterbottles
I have been looking for a new replacement water bottle and I have found one that I absolutely love! It is not super clunky, it can hold a great amount of water to it, and it keeps my water in the bottle cold for hours. It is a little bit expensive but totally worth the price for a long lasting waterbottle!
I received a pair of Airpods for Christmas and I have to say, I have fallen in love. I used to hate that anywhere I went, I had this long dangling cord getting in the way of everything, but now I don’t have to worry about that anymore! They are perfect when I go workout or when I’m on the go for classes. I am never using my old headphones again!
YOU on Netflix
This was one of my many obsessions over January, but I am sharing it now. Oh my gosh, what a show! It hooked me from the start and I finished it within a matter of days. It’s a very twisted show about a bookstore keeper who falls in love with this aspiring writer which leads to a very strong addiction towards her, causing him to do whatever it takes for love. It is so unbelievably crazy and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a new show to binge on Netflix. I can’t wait for season 2!
If you are looking for a little spin on your typical coffee order, then you HAVE to try lavender lattes! The lavender adds a totally unique flavor which is to die for. If you know a place near you who offers this coffee style, try something new and enjoy!
Kayla Itsines BBG Workout
This workout is a butt-kicker, but it is actually amazing. It is a 12-week workout program focusing on weight loss. I am a person who finds it hard to work out if I don’t have a solid plan to follow but this plan lays everything out very simple and doesn’t require a ton of equipment. It’s circuit training which means that I have 4 exercises that I repeatedly do in a 7-minute time limit, rest, do the second circuit and then 30 minutes of cardio! It really kicks your butt, but it is totally worth it. If you need a new routine, go check out this workout plan!

- Travel somewhere new
- Go on more dates with Nick
- Create a savings plan
- Finish one book outside of normal class readings
- Start meditation routine
