Living Your Best Life + Good Habits

Hello there beautiful people!

Oh boy am I ready for spring break next week. I’m not traveling anywhere fun besides visiting home and my boyfriends home, however, it will still be super nice to have a break from having to worry about school! I am so sorry for not posting a blog last Tuesday. It was midterms and my workload was above and beyond which made it difficult to sit down and write content for the blog. I am working on more content currently to share with all of you and I am super pumped for you all to read it! We are officially almost 2 months from graduation and it is so incredibly crazy to think about. I am so ready to be done with school but it’s still strange to think that after graduation I will be looking for a real “adult” job. Now that we are inching closer to the end of this semester, it has me thinking about habits and what good habits we should be adopting in order to live the best life we can live. So with that said I am super excited to share some of my tips for trying to live your best life lovelies!


Set intentions for your life

Be intentional with everything you do in your life. I have found when I set intentions for my life, then I am more likely to act on them and accomplish those intentions. These intentions are more so positive feelings instead of goals. You are intending to either do something or be something so that you can be closer to living that life that you desire. Setting these small intentions monthly, weekly or even daily will make you feel like you are living your life with a purpose and will ultimately help you measure your success in the future!

Visualize what you want

Once you have your intentions then you must create a clear vision of which intentions you want to achieve. Think of visualizing as a way to “test-run” of the life that you strive to live. I find that it helps to establish what you want and will help you bring in a positive mindset!

Journal out your thoughts 

This is something that I am trying to be a little bit better at doing at least at the end of every week. I try to type out small journal entries in my laptop or notebook just talking about my feelings throughout the week and analyzing maybe what worked and what didn’t. I find it to be very therapeutic for when I am having a tough week to just let my words spill out so I am not holding them in. It really helps me organize the chaos and focus on the areas of my life that are important!


I can understand how sometimes finances can play the role of a barrier when it comes to traveling. BUT, sometimes you just have to stop overthinking it and just go! Whether you are choosing to travel somewhere extravagant or somewhere local, leaving your everyday surroundings to go someplace new will help you get out of your comfort zone and try something new!

Practice more self-love

I always love to touch on this point because it truly is important for you to take care of your relationship with yourself! This could be anything from taking a bubble bath to watching your favorite movie with a glass of wine. I personally love those two forms along with going out for a photo shoot with friends because it makes me feel good about myself to be silly and have fun! It’s so important to check in with yourself and make sure that you are feeling good before you check in with everyone else.

There are so many ways that you can work towards living your best life and start making positive habits for yourself & I am happy to share these few little ways for you to start! I have been working around the clock for new content to share with all of you and everything for my future vlog is starting to take shape. I am incredibly blessed to have all of you who read my blog and I can’t wait to see what is in store for the future. Have a great rest of your week & I will talk to you all again soon!
