Latest Obsessions + February Goals 2020

Hi beautiful babes!

Holy cow the past few weeks have been nothing but craziness but exciting. Nick and I finally moved into our new space in Jersey City (which is right across the water from lower Manhattan) and we could not be happier! This weekend we also flew down to Florida to visit Nick’s family, which was so refreshing and amazing to see everyone. So needless to say things have been a little hectic lately, but I am back to my normal routine and ready to keep delivering new and exciting content through 2020. Last month I did not post my latest obsessions and goals, so I am planning on combining some of the new things I have been enjoying since the beginning of January!

Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer & Volumizer 

This is my absolute FAVORITE styling tool, I have ever used! I’m honestly not just saying that to be dramatic or over the top, I truly mean it. I am no hair stylist by any means. I typically just blow dry normally and use a flatiron to style, which can take so long and be super damaging to my hair. I heard from so many people that this tool was amazing and when I saw it was only $39.99 (instead of $60) on Amazon, I knew I had to give it a shot. It has cut down my styling in the morning in half, which is so convenient for my morning routine. If you want a little extra volume and an easy way to accomplish a stylish blowout, then you absolutely need to go out and buy this tool!

Our New Apartment 

Obviously, this has to be one of my new obsessions because Nick and I are FINALLY living together just outside the city, which has been amazing so far! We have been waiting for this moment for such a long time and now that it’s finally here, we couldn’t be happier. The Witcher 

Nick and I had recently been in a rut when it came to watching a show together and we were browsing some Netflix options and we noticed the Witcher. It’s based in medieval times and is so captivating from the start. We just finished the first season and are so pumped for season 2! We are currently looking for a new show to binge, so if you have any recommendations, comment below. 

Breath of Youth Clothing 

This brand has some of the cutest, most comfortable and most affordable clothing pieces I have ever seen and worn. I recently bought an adorable cream knit sweater and it is probably the softest and most flattering piece I have in my closet. Their clothing style is so simple and unique, which I absolutely love, so if you are into simple and unique styles, definitely be sure to check out this brand. I can’t wait to buy more from them! 

Dry Bar Prime & Prep Detangling Spray 

I’m writing this post just after I ran out of this product, but I am so excited to buy more for my hair in the morning. It honestly is such a game-changing spray for any morning routine. Since my hair is so thick, when I get out of the shower, my hair can be so knotted and just feels damaged before I even blowdry. I received this spray in my last FabFitun box and needless to say, I went through it very quickly. It smells great and works like a charm for many different hair types. If you use a lot of direct heat on your hair and have trouble detangling your hair after your shower, then you need to use this product ASAP! 

FitOn App 

One of my goals this new year was to find a way for me to work out that fits in with my work schedule and not worry about paying crazy amounts for a gym membership. I found this app while scrolling through Instagram and I have to say I was totally impressed. It’s a fitness app that you don’t have to pay for! You don’t have to pay for the instructed videos, you can have a plan set up for you based on your fitness goals and so much more. It has some really great workouts planned for your personal goals and also includes an option to browse and choose classes based on how you’re feeling that day or what area you’d like to target! I absolutely love using this app, and I hope you all choose to incorporate this app into your fitness routines.

Now time for some goals: 

  • Finish unpacking and fully move into a new apartment
  • Finalize a rough guest list and rough budget for the wedding
  • Workout on the FitOn app every day after work or before work
  • Cook 3 new recipes this month
  • Master 1 new program at work
  • Start a real savings plan with Nick

Am I Good Enough + Steps to Remember

Hi beautiful babes!

I am so sorry for being MIA basically all of January. This month has been so crazy between packing to move and just crazy booked with work, that I have just been so mentally drained. But I am back and ready to write for all of you to read!

Today I kind of wanted to take a detour from the content that I am typically used to writing for you and step outside of my comfort zone. For some reason the past few weeks, the phrase ‘am I good enough,’ has been circling around my brain. I feel like since moving there have been a lot of exciting things that have happened and I have shared with you, but something that I am not used to sharing is my super vulnerable side, which I want to change starting this year. Now don’t worry I won’t lose that fun side of me, but I just want to be more open with you all about what I am going through and hopefully help anyone else who could be going through the same thing. Since moving and spending most of my time in New York, I have felt this need to step up what I am doing in my life, which has created this immense pressure to be perfect. I feel like especially in today’s day and age, there is this overwhelming pressure to share the perfect photo or be a perfect role model for others and it can just weigh you down constantly. This new year, something that I have been really working hard to change, is how I see myself compared to someone else. Whether it’s at work or in your personal hobbies, we all tend to compare ourselves and wonder are we good enough. I have been trying to adapt a few ways to help overcome this thought and really move forward in giving myself the confidence to be the best version of me I can be!

Your mind can be a convincing liar

This is something that I feel happens to a lot of people. We struggle with fighting negative thoughts that we may hold onto about ourselves and that can be a hard habit to quit. Whenever I feel like I have a rough day, especially with work, I have so many thoughts going through my head like, “Am I good enough to handle this?” or “Why did I think I could do this project?” Those thoughts can really deplete your confidence as a person! The one-piece of advice that I have been trying to implement more in my life is learning to talk to myself using positive affirmations whenever negative thoughts seem to be bringing me down. I definitely think it takes time and one positive affirmation may not make it all be better, but it can help after a few tries to get you back into a positive mindset!

Focus on progress over perfection 

I know myself and I know I can be very hard on myself when I don’t feel perfect in a situation. No matter how many times I tell myself that perfection is overrated or that I don’t have to be perfect, somehow I just can’t seem to shake the constant need to be this perfect human. I know I am the farthest thing from being perfect, which is why I am trying to focus more on my progress in life. We are all working on ourselves and no one is a perfect finished product, nor will they ever be! Just try to focus on your own growth as a human instead of worrying about being the perfect person all the time.

Other people are comparing themselves too 

Have you ever looked at someone and started comparing yourself to how they look or act? C’mon, I know you have because we all have done it at one point or another, even if you don’t realize you are doing it. Comparing ourselves to others is the single most destructive thing to do to your confidence. The thing that we don’t get to see, is that the person we are comparing ourselves to is probably comparing themselves to you or someone else. Did that make sense? Are you still following? It’s totally normal to do this, but we need to do better at loving ourselves for everything that makes us unique instead of wishing we have something that someone else has.

Choose self-empowering language 

This is what I mean when I talk about positive affirmations! Instead of talking down to yourself when you don’t understand something at work or are feeling bad about your body, working on having empowering language when negative thoughts enter your mind can help keep you keep yourself in check whenever you aren’t feeling great. Using phrases like, “I have all the power I need,” or “I make my dreams a reality,” can make such a small change in how you see yourself and how others will see you. There is power behind your thoughts and words, so use them for the good of your wellbeing!

Be authentically and unapologetically you 

Something I have learned over the past few years is a lesson about acceptance. Acceptance for who you are physically, mentally, and personality-wise. Learning to be unapologetically yourself can be a difficult road to be on, but as long as you have confidence in yourself and your abilities, then you will finally be happy just being you!

I hope that some of these small tidbits of advice can help any of you who may need to hear this right now. You are all amazing the way you are and you are definitely good enough for anything you put your mind to. Maintaining Balance Between Work + Life

Hello beautiful babes!

I hope you all had a great kick off to your week and are just about as ready as I am for Christmas break. Sorry for not posting yesterday, Monday I had to work late and by the time I go home I was ready for a glass of wine and to curl up in my bed, so I didn’t have the brain power to finish writing this post for you. I feel like lately I have been behind with all my postings on this blog and my socials which has been tearing me up because I honestly love writing and talking with you all, so I am making it a point to be better at keeping you all updated with how things are going in my life! Since starting my new job I have been trying to fgure out the proper balance between working 9-5, commuting an hour and a half between CT and NYC, and being awake enough to want to workout or spend time with the people I love. I think this post is so important to read for those of you struggling to find balance between working your 9-5 job and still maintaining your personal life.

Time management

Obviously this is the most important aspect. Your week is going to full of craziness, but the biggest way to balance both work and play is learning to manage your time well. Yes most of my time is spent at work from 9-5 but when I’m home, I’m trying to be better at not wasting time when I’m home. Now, there are some nights when I want to just sit and do nothing for the rest of the night and that’s totally cool! But if you know that you should go to the gym or wash that pile of laundry sitting upstairs or prepping dinner for the next day then make the time to do that before settling in for the night. At the beginning of every day I make my to-do list which helps me better determine how to manage my time for the week. I can better plan the days where I may have more free time to do the tasks that are waiting to be done for work and for my home!

Prioitize your energy

This can kind of go hand in hand with what I shared for time management. Prioritizing things can be difficult when you are first starting off in your job. Lately I have been feeling like I have to dedicate all of my energy to my job (which is fine) but I am trying to be better at not just prioritizing time but also energy. In marketing it can be hard to turn off the work because it is a constant ‘must be available’ attitude. I am trying to be available but also take time off where I need time off and unplug from everything when I need to unplug. I am someone who experiences extreme burnout so I try to make a concious effort to prioritize my energy in healthy ways. So the next time you feel like you are always on the go, check in with yourself and take break when you need it!

Create healthy habits

Something I have noticed since starting my busy schedule is figuring out how to keep my healthy habits in check. I actually like being active and when I started my new job that became a little more difficult. In order for me to stay mentally on top of my game is to workout and maintain a healthy meal plan. Don’t get me wrong I love my burgers and candy, but I am trying to be better at mainatining balance between working and keeping myself healthy!

Take time for yourself

Now understandably, during the week it can be hard to take a lot of time to yourself. But I try to take a night or two during the week to really focus on my wellbeing and detox mentally so I am all clear for the rest of the week! As I love to say in all my blogs, self care is so important so make sure to leave time at night to destress.

These are just a few tips I have that I am starting to incorporate into my weekly routine and I hope that these tips can help if you are going through the same work life balancing struggle I have been going through. Again, I’m so sorry for not posting yesterday due to crazy schedules and I promise I am working on being better at posting more regularly for you to enjoy. Latest Obsessions + December Goals

Hello beautiful babes!

I hope you all have been having a great kick-off to December. It doesn’t feel real that Christmas is right around the corner, but needless to say, I’m super excited! I have been keeping really busy between working and well, working. It was a crazy week last week working at Starcom and then working all weekend at my other job, The Beehive so I am so ready for another break which is why I am so pumped for Christmas. My family is driving in on the 20th to spend Christmas here with us on the east coast and I am really grateful that we will all be together for the holidays. Since I am in this festive mood, I thought today would be a great day to share my latest obsessions and goals with you for this month of December!

Girl Go Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis

So this woman is a freaking guru when it comes to giving advice on how to be a badass female. I recently started reading her book on the train going into NYC every morning and it is a PERFECT read! She talks in-depth about being a mom, dating and becoming the CEO of her own brand which is so inspiring to me now that I am starting to make my way into my career. If you are looking for the perfect gift to give a girl looking for a little direction in life, then this is the book you need to get!

Snowy Nights

Now I know that it absolutely sucks to wake up in the morning and have to shovel the driveway or scrape snow and ice off your car, but there is something so beautiful and relaxing about snow falling at night. I was walking to the subway from work yesterday and even though I was freezing my butt off, I just thought the snow looked so beautiful falling between the tall buildings and city lights. I know this may sound a little cheesy, but it was a really awesome moment for me! I especially love coming home and warming up with some tea and just watch the snowfall outside, it’s probably one of my favorite winter activities. Well, that and throwing snowballs at Nick.

Disney+

For those of you who aren’t aware, I am a HUGE Disney lover, so when Disney+ came out, I was SO ready to watch all the nostalgic movies and shows I loved when I was younger. I have been binging all my favorite shows like That’s So Raven, Suite Life of Zack and Cody and so many more. If you haven’t had a chance to check out their new steaming service yet, hop on and start watching!

Plaid Oversized Blazer’s

I just recently recieved my jacket from Amazon and I have to say it is one of my new favorite pieces in my wardrobe! It is so cozy and the perfect addition to any outfit for the holiday season. I am absolutely obsessed with the look and I encourage you to pick one up asap!

Now time for some goals:

  • Apartment hunt with Nick and be in a place by January
  • Start savings plan on Every Dollar
  • Travel back to Michigan to visit friends
  • Create 4 more posts for this month
  • Get back to consistent posting for PYM

Overcoming Your Expectations + Positive Steps to Move Forward

Hello beautiful friends!

I hope you all have been having a great kick-off to your week so far. Things here on the east coast have been looking up a little bit and I am hoping that soon light will shine on Nick and I and we will be where we want to be in life! This weekend brought forth a lot of positivity because my family came to visit, which was SO GREAT since I haven’t seen anyone since the end of August. We spent some great quality time together and it truly pushed my energy in a positive direction. After reflecting on some moments happening in my life, I decided to make a change and stop caring. That’s right, I’m working on not caring about expectations and just let myself take it day by day!

Change up your routine 

In any aspect of our lives sometimes we tend to throw everything we have into one basket and then become disappointed when it doesn’t work out. I have been a little guilty of this lately. Ever since before moving here, I had set this expectation in my mind that I would move to this new state and have a position landed in a month, which to be fair was probably not the most realistic expectation, but hey we’re learning. For me, learning to diversify my life has been key in bringing a little more positivity to my everyday routine. Having a variety of activities or hobbies can help you focus your energy in a healthy way, instead of dwelling on a negative aspect. Maybe next time something doesn’t go your way, focus that energy into growing a business you’ve been working on or work it off in the gym. Whatever you need to do to bring yourself back to a positive headspace, will overall help you stop focusing so hard on the expectations you placed for yourself!

Stop Complaining 

We all are creatures of complaining when something doesn’t go our way. Trust me, I’ve been guilty of this lately too. MAKE A MOVE! It’s time that we all stop feeling sorry for ourselves and start focusing on making something else happen. Lately with the job hunting, I have been guilty of sitting and complaining when I didn’t get a position or a job gets put on hold, which was doing nothing for me at the end of the day. If you don’t like the way something is going in your life, then it’s up to you to change it. You can ABSOLUTELY be content with where your life is currently, but you also shouldn’t be afraid to make changes to get your life to where you’d like it to be!

Take Responsibility

Other people should not be able to dictate how you feel or look at life. Lately, I have been finding it so easy to push the blame onto another circumstance or person whenever something goes array. I’ve been learning to stop this habit because honestly, it’s no one else’s problem but my own. Accept responsibility for your actions and be willing to move forward in a healthy direction!

Don’t waste time on negativity 

I found that when I surround myself with negative people, it only makes me have this negative outlook on everything around me. Life’s too short to surround yourself with people who only suck the life out of you instead of working to build you up! This past year I made a promise to not waste my time on people who really don’t put in the same amount of energy into me, and you know what? It’s felt amazing! I think we all have this expectation that we need to surround ourselves with a wide circle of people in order to feel complete with our lives and honestly, it’s more lonely and exhausting that way. Learning to drop any negativity surrounding your life can be so refreshing and lift up your life instead of tearing it down!

Be happy where you are at this moment

It can become SO easy for us to get wrapped up in the future and having everything mapped out for the next 5 years. We have been told for years to have a plan and that can be a hard habit to break. Don’t get me wrong I am a planner and it has been really hard to just go with the flow and enjoy life at this moment. I’ll say it again, life’s too short to dwell on the fact that life may not be perfect at this moment. You may not be where you’d like to be, but you are where you are meant to be at this moment so, enjoy it!

Reenergizing Your Motivation + Meeting Your Goals

Hello Beautiful Babes!

I can’t even believe we are almost through October like I can’t even believe it. The time has been a mix between flying by and going super duper slow. For those of you wondering, no I have not landed a position anywhere in NYC yet and it’s been a little rough in the mental health game lately. I have definitely been going through a funk the past few weeks and this week I decided to turn over a new leaf and stop feeling sorry for myself about how life may not be going my way. This post is about reenergizing your motivation and the tips are some things that I am currently trying to implement into my life to make things easier on myself mentally moving forward to the future!

Wake up early 

I know that everyone hates waking up early and believe me I do too most times, but honestly, I feel like I have way more time throughout my day to work through everything I want to get done for the day! I’m not a person who wakes up at 5 am every day. Most of the time I try to be up around 7:30 am or 8:30 am on weekends. I have to say waking up at 7:30 feels pretty good. I wake up, throw on an oversized sweatshirt, grab my coffee and work on making my list of to-dos for the day. If you are having trouble finding motivation throughout the day, waking up early helps to kick your butt into high gear for the rest of your day!

Write down your daily list 

So lately I have been spending a lot of time either at work or at home. Even though I know I know I could be doing different projects at home, it’s hard to find the motivation to pull yourself off the couch and get sh*t done. Something that I have been trying to adapt to my life moving forward is to write down a list of everything I do in a day. It could include, going to the gym, sitting and watching Masterchef, doing some job searching or even cleaning your room. Writing down a list of everything you did the previous day helps you cut the areas where maybe you don’t need to be spending time during the day. Maybe today I cut out watching Masterchef because I don’t need to watch 3 hours of TV when I could be working on something more important. My point is to just cut the areas where you feel like you could be using that time in a better way!

Get out and moving

I have found lately that sitting on my butt not doing what I set out to accomplish is not going to accomplish anything. I have been out of a gym routine for way too long and I am starting to get back into that routine. When I was working out, I felt more mentally strong and more confident in myself. Any form of exercise or movement you can do during the day can help you feel like you can tackle anything throughout your day or week!

Set a To-do list for your dream 

Obviously setting a to-do list for the day is important to reach your goals for that day, but what about a to-do list for your dream goal? Say your dream is to work for a high-end fashion magazine as a writer. Okay, well what are the steps in your “to-do list” to reach that end goal? I feel like sometimes I only focus on what needs to be done at that moment that I don’t focus on my dream for the future. This is something that I am trying to work on every day and I believe this dream to-do list can help you accomplish the dream you have set out for yourself!

Stop using distractions as an excuse 

We all have things in life that stop us from feeling motivated. Believe me, I do the same thing at least once a day. I am trying to be better at not allowing things like being tired, or saying that it’s ‘too hard,’ stop me from reaching my goals for the day or in life. If you want to accomplish something and find the motivation to do so, then nothing should stand in your way from accomplishing what you want!

Think of everything you are grateful for

In a time when you find it hard to be motivated or are in a downward spiral, stop and think of everything you are grateful for. At the moment you may not see a lot that you are grateful for, but I promise once you start that list, you won’t be able to stop thinking of things. This could include everything from your family to just simply waking up this morning. Listing the positives in your life will help take away any negative thoughts that could be stopping you from finding the motivation to tackle your day!

Latest Obsessions + October Goals

Hello Beautiful Babes!

I am so happy to be back and writing. The past few weeks I have been kind of unmotivated to really do anything and I know my blog has been suffering in the process. Starting this week, I want to throw out any unmotivated negative vibes and focus on the areas in my life that truly make me happy. Now that we have made it to October and the weather has dropped to sweater weather here on the east coast, I thought it would be a great time to share my latest obsessions + goals for this month! I have all my sweaters lined up and ready to go for this cool weather and I am so excited for all the local fall activities.

Lotta From Stockholm Clogs 

By far these are some of my absolute favorite shoes on this planet! I was unsure about how I felt about the clog trend happening this fall, but after purchasing a pair of my own, I am absolutely hooked. Lotta makes the most comfortable and most stylish pair of clogs I have ever worn and I can’t wait to pair them with all my fall looks this year! I purchased the Cappuccino Highwood Clogs and they basically go with everything. I was afraid that the Highwood clogs would be too high or that I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing them casually, and all those worries went away after I put them on. They are absolutely adorable, quite the statement piece and so comfortable. 11/10 would absolutely recommend these shoes!

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson

I just started this book and I am already hooked. This book keeps life 100% real with you about life and how it is not always fair to everyone. I am ALL about self-help books and even though this is the exact opposite of every other book, it is still so helpful! I absolutely love this book and even though I just started it, I recommend it to anyone looking for a new self-help book to read.

Fall on The East Coast 

As you probably have noticed so far, I absolutely love fall. Everything from pumpkin spice to changing leaves to apple picking! The leaves just started changing over on the East coast and so far they are looking absolutely beautiful. I am so obsessed with everything fall this month & I never want it to end!

Bodega Taco Bar

I am a taco, salsa, guac, and margarita fan 100%, and this restaurant has all of my favorites in spades! Bodega is this amazing taco bar in Fairfield, Connecticut and it has recently become one of my new obsessions for a fun night out. If you are ever in the area, I totally recommend this place to anyone who loves tacos and margs as much as I do!

My Plant Babies

If you haven’t heard yet, I’M A RECENT PLANT MOM! Yes, I have adopted some new plants and I could not be happier. I only have an aloe plant and some cute succulents in a pot, but hey you have to start somewhere right? I plan on growing my collection soon adding some variety, so stay tuned!

Now time for some goals:

  • Save up $1,000 for our apartment in NYC
  • Land a position in the city
  • Attend a blogger event
  • Make it to 1,000 followers on Instagram
  • Purchase another plant baby
  • Try a new adventure with Nick

Loving the Right Person + How Your Life Changes

Hello beautiful people!

It has been another fabulous start to the week and I am finally starting to feel as if things are looking up for me after all the life changes that have been coming my way. I have not been working at Leo Burnett these past two weeks and it’s so crazy to think about how fast this summer has gone by with me working there for the past 3 months. I was so sad to leave because I honestly really loved working there and I am so thankful for every person in the office and the countless lessons I learned while under their guidance. Best experience ever! With all that said, I am currently working on moving forward with our moving plans with Nick, just trying to get a plan together for everything that needs to happen before our big move at the end of August! This whole moving thing has had me reflect A LOT on my relationship with Nick and just how far we have come in our relationship over the past 3 1/2 years. We have both grown up so much and this move is going to be such an adventure for the two of us and I have never felt luckier. Every girl and guy deserves to be with someone who makes them happy, loved and special, which is the topic I want to talk about today!

A few months before we started dating, Nick and I were really good friends (and still are)! That was something that was huge for me because it gave us a chance to really get to know the quirky sides of one another and gain that mutual respect for the other person. When you fall in love with the right person, everything just falls into place. You’re at each other’s side through laughter and tears, and you take comfort from each other. You’re not afraid to be silly, and you’re not afraid to be weak. You like each other’s quirks, and there’s nothing you wouldn’t do for each other!

You may argue but in a healthy way 

Now, Nick and I have had our fair share of arguments, but we always seem to find a way to push through and make it out the other side stronger than ever. I know it sounds so cheesy to say that, but IT’S TRUE! Conflict in any relationship is absolutely normal, and when you are with the right person, you genuinely want to work out your differences. In your relationship, you want to feel comfortable sharing your opinions openly as well as respecting the other person’s thoughts and feelings. Learning to argue in a healthy way can take some time, but as long as you keep a calm head and focus on solutions for the two of you, then you can conquer anything!

You think long term 

Every time you think of your future, you see your person there besides you. You could look 5 or 10 years in the future and see the life you want to have with this person! When you meet the right person, you are able to have those open conversations about marriage, kids or even where you want to live, it’s all-important think about these long term life changes. For myself personally, I have never felt more in sync with someone before. When both of us decided to make the big move to the East coast to work in NYC, Nick has been such a light for me to feel comfortable making such a big life move for the two of us. I am so excited about what lies ahead for our future together!

You are both okay having time apart 

Being able to spend time apart and be okay, is totally okay in any relationship! I remember early on in our relationship, I thought that if we spent too much time apart, then it would cause problems for our relationship. As we have grown together, I realize that some time apart and doing our own things for a while is totally healthy! You both are individuals and you sometimes like to do things individually, which is great. Just because you are separated doesn’t mean that you don’t like spending time together. Honestly, it just makes it THAT much better when you are brought together again!

You just love being around one another

As much as you both love doing your individual things, at the end of the day you just want to come home and be with the other person. For me, there is no one else I would want to cuddle up on the couch next to at the end of a long day or make breakfast while dancing to music in the kitchen with other than Nick. Any time I get to spend with him is truly a blessing and I feel so lucky to be able to call him mine! When you are with the right person, any time you are able to spend together makes the day that much better.

FabFitFun Spring Box 2019 + Review

Hello beautiful friends!

I hope you all have been having a wonderful week so far. I know personally, I am feeling so great due to the beautiful spring weather and my 22nd birthday being next week on Tuesday! Everything has been looking up lately, which has been such a refreshing change of pace so you can say that I am in a pretty good mood. Deux Lux Demi Backpack ~ $75

This was one of my fabulous add ons and I have to say I am very happy with my decision! It is a cream canvas backpack with vegan leather straps. I chose this addon because I thought it would be perfect for travel and a unique new accessory to add into my closet. I am 100% obsessed with this backpack and I recommend you give the Deux Lux brand some love!

Korres Wild Rose Vitamin C Brightening Facial ~ $48

I have been non-stop using this facial cream before bed ever since I opened the box! It is a brightening cleaner facial that you can throw on before bed, wake up, wash it off, and reveal radiant skin in the morning. As most of you know, I have struggled with acne so I am always very particular about what I apply to my face. This cream facial is meant for all skin types and doesn’t irritate the skin, which I absolutely love! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Giiadzy Copper Plated Measuring Spoons ~ $15

These adorable copper plated measuring spoons were another one of my free add ons for my spring box and I am super excited to incorporate them into my future home decor! I stepped outside my typical wheelhouse and decided to pick these spoons

The2Bandits Athens Necklace ~ $30

Anyone who knows me knows how much I absolutely love simple jewelry and this necklace fits my style perfectly! It is this adorable silver, opal bar necklace and it literally goes with everything in my closet and is the perfect accessory to wear every day.

TULA Purifying Face Cleanser ~ $28

I have been using the same Mary Kay Clearproof cleanser for the past 8 years and this TULA cleanser I received has to be one of my new favorites! It smells great and doesn’t irritate your skin when you apply it. It is supposed to remove any excess makeup on your skin, purify and moisturize your skin, which I can honestly say that it does just that. I have incorporated this product into my nightly routine and it’s perfect!

Manna Kadar Champagne Characol Body Scrub ~ $34.95

I have always had a slight obsession with body scrubs and this one feels absolutely amazing. I used it on my legs after shaving and I have never felt anything more smooth! It smells amazing and it does not irritate the skin. It is formulated with charcoal and Dead Sea minerals in order to remove any dirt from your skin. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

OUAI Leave in Conditioner ~ $26

Ouai has always fascinated me with their amazing hair products so you can assume I was very excited to receive their leave in conditioner! I have been using it every day after my shower to detangle my thick hair and keep it smooth throughout the day. It smells like a high-end perfume, which I love and it protects my hair from any heat damage. If you are looking for a new hair product to try I absolutely recommend this product or any of the many products that OUAI offers!

Dr. Brandt No More Baggage Eye De-Puffing gel ~ $24

This product has actually changed my life. I have such a problem with puffy eyes and dark circles in the morning (it’s genetic) and this eye de-puffing gel has solved my problems with it forever. It is this peach colored cream used in order to smooth and tighten the baggage under your eyes! It works wonders and I will definitely be incorporating this product in my morning routine from now on.
